PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSIONS

New Students: 

1) Please print, complete and hand in the application and registration forms for grades K-12 or registration forms for Pre-K students.  
2) Send student’s transcript from previous school or a completed Home Studies Accrediting Information Form. 

These forms can be sent to:

- OR - Apply via email by completing the appropriate forms, uploading and sending them to admissions@stnicholasacademy.org, attention Pamela Showalter.
3) An admissions interview is scheduled upon receipt of the application. 
4) If notification of acceptance into the school is sent after the interview, registration will be confirmed, and a book and supply list is sent. 
5) After receiving confirmation of registration, enrollment fee and first month's tuition are due.

Returning Students: 

1) Fill out and send the application form and registration forms to:

Apply online via email by completing the appropriate download-able forms and sending them to admissions@stnicholasacademy.org, attention Pamela Showalter.

2) Upon receipt of these forms, registration will be confirmed, and a book and supply list will be sent. 
3) After receiving confirmation of registration, enrollment fee and first month's tuition are due at the beginning of August.
